Liberty Stadium, Swansea is the premier venue for conferences and events in South West Wales.
The variety of function suites can accommodate meetings, lunches and dinners from 8 to 660. With 9 suites and numerous syndicate rooms, conference organisers have the flexibility to hold the large events that will be remembered for a long time.
With pitch views from the Platinum Lounge and the 29 executive suites, the facilities are second to none in Swansea for views of the hallowed turf and the 20,000 seats that incorporate the stadium.
The stadium has 780 car park spaces, a dedicated conference reception and is furnished to the highest specifications in order to provide a setting to match the prestige and importance of your event.
The conference and events are managed and operated by Facilities Management Catering (FMC). Formed in 1999, FMC has won an impressive range of catering contracts, from The Championships at Wimbledon, Southampton Football Club, Chelsea Football Club and a range of outdoor events including Test cricket at The Oval.
The conference and events team have a philosophy of offering a bespoke service to all of our clients. It is this personal service that sets us apart from other venues.

The Liberty Stadium's Premier Suite is located on the third floor, offering views over the hallowed turf. A stylish and flexible space which can hold up to 180 guests for a dinner plus is a great space for medium-sized events due to its clever use of partitioning.
The Swansea Suites
The Swansea Suites combine to make up a space of over 1,000m² and are ideal for large conferences, exhibitions and dinners for up to 600 guests. Situated on the second floor, the area can be partitioned into three individual spaces to suit your event needs. With natural daylight and air-conditioning Swansea's largest conference suite could be the home of your next event.
An extremely versatile room the Morfa Lounge has the ability to feel spacious and airy for more formal events which can hold up to 120 delegates in a theatre style, yet can feel intimate for dinners of up to 150 guests. Situated on our first floor, this room is extremely popular and susequently in high demand for a range of events.
St Helens Lounge
Named after the iconic rugby ground where Swansea Rugby Club play, this room is a neat addition to the Stadiums portfolio of suites capable of holding up to 80 guests for dinner or 80 delegates in a theatre style, this room is ideal for smaller social events or even a breakout room for large-scale events.
Ideal for smaller events or conferences and regularly plays host to many smaller dinners and luncheons. The Gnoll Lounge has the ability to hold up to 60 guests for a dinner or meeting and is ideal for a smaller event or conference.
Vetch Field Lounge
Named after the old home of Swansea City AFC, this small, intimate space could be the ideal space for your next event! Holding up to 40 delegates, this room is a perfect breakout room for larger events.
With amazing views of the stadium's hallowed turf this rooms wall of windows will leave you and your guests breathless. Ideal for a small meeting, the room holds up to 25 delegates in a theatre style or 15 guests in a boardroom style.
Located just off the stadiums main reception area this suite is ideal for events which require usage of the car park facilities or concourse within the event.
The Press Room is frequently used to great effect for events which require guests to ‘drop-in’ throughout the day or like the Créche, require use of the car park.
Combined Executive Box
With two double-sized boxes within the range of 29 boxes in total, these two spaces overlook the pitch and are ideal for events of up to 20 guests. The rooms are set in a boardroom style and decorated in a contemporary manner. Both combined boxes have the ability to partition into two smaller rooms.
Standard Executive Boxes
These boxes hold from 7 to 10 guests and are extremely popular with local businesses for small meetings. Also used for great effect as breakout rooms, the 29 boxes are the ultimate addition to the stadiums excellent conference suite portfolio.
