The StoneX Stadium boasts several conference suites with a capacity from 5 to 2000 people theatre style. The stadium offers a wide range of flexible suites for you to create the perfect environment to engage your delegates with state of the art audio visuals. The event team at the StoneX Stadium can create tailored packages for conference and events to suit most needs and has incredibly reasonable DDR rates starting from as low as £37.50+VAT per person.

With 16 executive boxes boasting a capacity of anything from 2 to 20 people boardroom style, the suites comprise single to triple executive boxes which overlook the pitch with glass doors into the seating area. Ideal to be used for meetings, small away days or as breakout rooms for larger events.

All of our suites offer natural daylight, pitch views, outside access and air conditioning, as well as complimentary Wi- Fi, built in PA system and AV equipment.

With stunning pitch views, the StoneX Stadium offers 16 executive boxes that can accommodate up to 40 guests, and are available to hire from £600+VAT per day.

Here at the StoneX Stadium, we offer fantastic team building facilities rivalling any in London. The stadium can offer you the opportunity to run on the 2012 Olympic warm up track graced by stars of the London games. You can take to the field on the state of the art articular grass pitch, which has hosted a wide range of sporting elite teams from the NFL, RFU and RFL.

Here at the StoneX Stadium, we have a range of rooms in which to celebrate your special day with our largest being the Olympic Bar – able to accommodate up to 2,500 for a standing reception. Our venue can host a seated wedding breakfast option of up to 1000 guests and offers couple a blank canvas to theme in whatever way they choose. The in-house catering team will work with you to create the perfect menu to tickle all taste buds and satisfy all dietary requirements; they pride themselves on delivering a first class service and have a wealth of experience of catering for large celebrations.
