The Quadrangle Conference Centre, associated with The Kassam Stadium home of the Oxford United Football Club, offers not only one of the largest single rooms in Oxfordshire but also the versatility to do almost anything you require with the space.
The Quadrangle offers flexibility with rooms capable of accommodating anything from 2 to 1000 delegates. Hospitality suites overlooking the Kassam Stadium are perfect for smaller meetings, interview rooms or syndicate work. There are rooms that can host meetings for up to 70 delegates and the impressive Quadrangle Suite can be used as a whole for up to 900 delegates theatre style or split into three separate rooms.
Event organisers are also able to use the Quadrangle Exhibition Hall with 5,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor which can be used for a variety of functions such as business exhibitions, product launches, car shows or even as a reception area.
There is vehicle access for easy loading facilities along with conveniently placed power and light sources for display stands.
Conference delegates will arrive to find more than ample parking (2,000 free spaces) and can stay overnight at the 162 bedroom Express by Holiday Inn, within walking distance of the Stadium.
With all the delegates’ needs taken care of by our dedicated conference team from audio-visual requirements to refreshments, the conference organiser can relax knowing that the day will run smoothly.
