Here at Fratton Park we offer facilities for meetings, conferences and banquets that are in a league of their own. Choose from 6 impressive meeting rooms that can cater for groups as small as 4 to parties of up to 500.
The club has an excellent reputation of offering a high standard of affordable cuisine and our team of experience chefs are proud to offer a varied selection of menus to cater for all your needs.
For business functions, Portsmouth Football Club offers a competitive daily delegate rate, and we pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating to all our clients' needs.
Located just minutes from the M27 and A3, the club is centrally located in Portsmouth and is a 5 minute walk from a British Rail main line station with a direct link to London Victoria and Waterloo. There are also complimentary car parking facilities for over 400 cars.

The Milan Mandaric Suite
This is our largest self-contained suite and can hold up to 500 for a drinks reception or 300 for a sit down dinner. It is equipped with the latest technology and is serviced by its own 2 bars, kitchen and toilet facilities. The room has natural daylight with blackout blinds and has direct access to the car park. It is also on the ground floor. This room is ideal for wedding receptions, product launches, parties, dinner dances and much more.
Chimes Bar
Our largest of 6 function suites in the main South Stand office block. It has its own entrance with bar, kitchen and toilet facilities. This football themed room is fully equipped with the latest technology and has natural daylight. This room is ideal for small conferences, weddings, receptions and parties.
Boardroom
Experience the Boardroom at Fratton Park. Situated in the main South Stand office block on the second floor, this unique room is home to the history of the football club. It has its own bar, toilet facilities and natural daylight. It is ideal for board meetings, steering groups, private dinners and is our second venue with a Civil Wedding license for a maximum of up to 45.
Montgomery Suite
The Montgomery Suite is an informal, medium-sized function room situated in the South Stand office block. It is serviced by its own kitchen, has a half bar and toilet facilities. This room is on the second floor, has natural daylight and is suitable for smaller meetings, syndicate rooms or for informal gatherings.
Butler Reid Suite
Situated in the main South Stand office block, on the second floor, this room offers an elegantly decorated room with all the facilities of modern technology. It has natural daylight, black out curtains, and is serviced with its own bar and shared kitchen. This room is ideal for large board room meetings, working groups, private dinners and much more.
Jimmy Dickinson Suite
Small is beautiful. Situated next door to the Butler Reid Suite, it is serviced by the same bar and kitchen. This room is better suited to a syndicate room and also has natural daylight and the latest technology.
