All suites from the Richardson Suite through to our Boxes are available for private hire with full day and half day delegate packages along with room hire rates available.

The range of suites available enables organisers to choose facilities which will best complement individual events, whether your brief be guided by room size, location, privacy or cost: The Hawthorns will deliver a proposal bespoke to your needs.

From a conference for 300 in the Richardson Suite to a Board meeting in Box 18, the rooms all have their own unique selling points, from either the impressive back drop of club memorabilia to stunning views of the pitch and grounds.

No matter what the size or requirements of your event we are more than happy to arrange a bespoke package for you should our standard packages not suite. This could be in the form of a Day delegate package, room hire or alternatively a conference rate that you wish to include accommodation at one of our local preferred hotels.

Whatever your event, we will ensure it is a success.

Directions

Our location is ideal, situated in the heart of the midlands, less than a mile form junction 1 of the m5 and within walking distance of The Hawthorns metro station, making us accessible from all areas of the country. Should you choose to drive to your event, we have over 300 free car parking spaces available as well as a number of bays for those with specific mobility needs.

By Road
From M5 junction 1, and West Bromwich take the A41 East, sign posted Birmingham City Centre. The Stadium is visible immediately after the motorway island is cleared, and stands about 600 metres to the Birmingham side of junction 1.

From Birmingham follow the A41 West to the M5 junction 1. The Stadium will be located on your left hand side.

EAST STAND – From M5 go straight over the first set of traffic lights after the junction1 roundabout. Positioning yourself in the right hand lane the Stadium will be passing you on your right hand side. Immediately past the stadium you will see a set of black gates with the club crest on. Turn right in between the gates and you will enter the car park.

From Birmingham, car parking can be found on your left hand side just before you approach the Stadium. Turn left in between the black club gates, and you will find over 300 car parking spaces.

HALFORDS LANE – From M5 Halfords Lane side of the Stadium is located when turning right at the first set of traffic lights after the junction 1 roundabout.

From Birmingham city centre follow the A41 West until you see the Stadium on your left. At the set of traffic lights on the corner of the Stadium turn left into Halfords Lane. Car parking can be found along the road side, in the Tom Silk car park, which can be found 100 metres on the right hand side, or you can park in the East Stand car park and walk around to the glass doors.

By Rail
The Stadium is accessible from the Hawthorns Metro station only. Take the national train line into New Street Birmingham and change for the Metro line at Snow Hill, which is a 5 minutes walk from the main station.
